According to Rule 1, Glenn was allowed to ‘utilize any form of conventional or unconventional travel to complete each challenge.’ So while Glenn may have seemed to have stretched the rules or exploited loopholes by using an outboard motor, helicopter, and hang glider, she was entirely within the rules to do so.
