Robert Vogel
Robert Vogel may have been a troubled youth—problems with drugs and alcohol, and at least two arrests we know of. The last time he was brought in by police was one day before his 30th birthday. Okay, so his problem behavior went beyond his youth days. But that last arrest seemed to straighten him out. His involvement in the arts led to his becoming a responsible artist, and it was Ms. Hightower who introduced him to Oliver Foggleton, who took Vogel under his wing. Whether Robert Vogel had more of a relationship with the older Ms. Hightower is not known—nor is it suspected—but, in any case, there is nothing to connect him with Hightower’s death.
