Come on now, tell us, what fantasy did you concoct about the relationship between the Air Marshal Nick Peterson and the murdered passenger that would lead to her death? I suppose it could be an interesting idea if you figure the official was in a position to hide or destroy evidence. But there’s nothing that suggests Air Marshal Peterson, on the eve of retirement, would have perpetrated such a crime, when there doesn’t appear to be anything for him to gain by Ms. Hightower’s death.
