REGISTRATION/CHECKLIST:
Entries must be received by December 1, 2006. Your entry must be a BOARD
GAME (no computer games, card games, or other toys). Include complete
instructions on how to play your game, all the pieces (markers, tokens and
cards) needed to play the game and the complete game board with all the
markings. Send the actual board you make. Please make sure you include this
registration coupon with your board game.

entries become property of University Games. By signing this form, entrants
and their parents agree to abide by the rules, terms and conditions of the
contest.
OFFICIAL RULES AND PRIZES:
(1) One grand prize winner will receive the chance to have his or her game
manufactured by University Games (UG); a $10,000 U.S. savings bond for
college; a trip to San Francisco for two nights including lodging for the
winner and his or her family; a library of games from UG and, possibly,
copies of his or her board game produced by UG.
(2) Runners-up will receive a game library from UG.
(3) Entrants’ birthdays must be between 12/02/93 and 12/01/01
(4) Contest is open to all except UG employees and their families, all
sponsor employees and their families, Official Entry Station employees and
their families.
(5) UG reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is late, incomplete or
incorrectly submitted without notifying the entrant.
(6) Entries will be handled with care, but UG will not assume responsibility
for lost or damaged submissions.
(7) All entries become the property of UG, and will not be returned.
(8) Prizes must be accepted as awarded; no cash equivalents or substitutes.
All entrants agree to allow the use of their name and/or photo for publicity
without compensation. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the
prizewinner.
(9) Prizes are subject to local, state and federal regulations.
(10) UG and all other prize donors reserve the right to substitute any prize
for another of equal or greater value.
(11) Entries are judged by concept, not artwork.
(12) Games must be invented entirely by the child listed on the entry form.
Adult supervision is allowed, but the game must be the sole creation of the
child.
(13) No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law.
(14) Entries must be received by December 1, 2006. Winner will be
